The small delay, in the long run, will be the best thing for our community and for the industry as a whole.
ZUG, Switzerland (PRWEB) April 12, 2018
RightMesh AG, a decentralized, mobile mesh networking protocol and platform using blockchain technology and tokenization, today announced May 30th, 2018 as the rescheduled date for the final phase of its Token Generating Event (TGE). Due to a last-minute regulatory query from the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) located in British Columbia, Canada, the company had chosen to postpone its originally scheduled date of March 27th while it consulted with the regional authorities.
“The regulatory environment for Token Generating Events is quickly and constantly changing. We never wavered in confidence that we had done things right, but because we are striving to set new standards industry-wide for compliance, it was essential for us to pause, reflect and clarify," says John Lyotier, Director, on behalf of the board of directors for RightMesh AG. “The small delay, in the long run, will be the best thing for our community and for the industry as a whole.”
This final public phase of the TGE follows two successful initial phases: a private allocation round for accredited investors in early January which reached an $18M cap in less than one week, and a public pre-allocation phase which closed in only 8 hours and 4 seconds. The company has a hard cap of $30M in total contributions and will be releasing 38,850,000 tokens (30%) of the total supply to supporters of the project, including all contribution rounds.
To participate in the TGE, all contributors must be whitelisted through Bitcoin Suisse AG, and undergo in-depth checks for KYC (know your customer) and AML (anti-money laundering) as well as prove origin of funds if requested. RightMesh AG, or its agents, will never solicit contributions directly through any means and all contributions will be made starting on May 30, 2018 at 1:00 PM CEST through the Bitcoin Suisse platform: https://bitcoinsuisse.ch/rightmesh/

RightMesh AG, a Swiss Company, is on a mission to bring connectivity to the next billion users by multiplying the combined power of blockchain, mobile mesh networking, and its own RMESH tokens. RightMesh wireless networks are self-forming, self-healing, and self-regulating, using various technologies in existing smartphones and IoT devices rather than relying on traditional infrastructure and Internet Service Providers. RightMesh is a software-based mobile mesh networking protocol that is ‘infrastructureless’ meaning it could be embedded into existing applications or used to build new mesh-enabled applications that do not require additional hardware or Internet connectivity to transmit data between people, applications, or devices over short distances. Initially, the RightMesh project was an internal project of Left, a Canadian-based multinational media and technology company with holdings in mobile and Internet-based businesses. Left is a certified B-Corp and RightMesh is governed by the same principles of using business as a force for good.
