(PRWEB) October 13, 2017 -- The 2018 Tunica Manufactured Housing Show, the Southeast’s largest industry trade show for manufactured housing professionals, has released a sneak peek of its seminar agenda for the March 20-22 event.
More than 2,050 manufactured housing professionals, including exhibitors, vendors and presenters will be in attendance at Tunica, which will include 70 new home models to exhibit.
Following are some highlights from the 2018 Tunica Show seminar schedule:
- Paul Barretto, senior product manager for Fannie Mae, will present on the organization’s role in the secondary market, provide insight on market challenges, and provide an update on “Duty to Serve” initiatives.
- Darren Krolewski, executive vice president of marketing & business development for MHVillage/Datacomp, will talk “Social Media Magic”, presenting on obtaining higher conversion rates to your website, gaining 100% higher lead-to-close rates and taking advantage of mobile dominance with smart phone and tablet strategies.
- Consultant Ken Corbin will detail “America’s #1 Sales Program” with tips and tactics on how to easily follow up with customers, increase home sales, triple the pipeline of prospects, and how to sell more with increased margins.
The Tunica pre-show will kick off March 19 with its inaugural golf outing at River Bend Links Golf Course at the Tunica Show site.
Additionally, Tunica 2018 will have a special promotional cash giveaway on Thursday at 2 p.m. in the South Central Manufactured Housing Institute (SCMHI) hospitality tent set up in the manufacturer’s exhibit area.
The cash drawings are for retailers, builders/developers and/or community managers who register before the deadline. The new hospitality tent will be across from the show office and entry deadline for the cash giveaway is Thursday, March 22 at noon. All winners must be present!
Attendance for the Tunica Show is restricted to manufactured housing professionals, and is geared toward remaining up-to-date with the latest industry trends, forecasts and strategies.
The show has been moved forward one day in the week compared with previous years, which allows attendees to more easily make it home for the weekend. Tunica 2018 also was moved to earlier in the month, to accommodate industry professionals who bear responsibility for month-end financials.
As the Southeast’s premier event for manufactured housing professionals, the 2018 Tunica Show presents an opportunity to witness the latest industry trends, tour model homes from the region’s leading manufactured home builders, participate in informative seminars and network with colleagues.
Located at the Hollywood and Resorts Casinos, the 2018 Tunica Show attendance of 2,050 manufactured housing industry professionals will represent in excess of 500 companies. For manufactured home community owners and managers, retailers, installers and builder/developers, the Tunica Show is the most significant trade event in a multi-state region that that attracts attendees from as far north as Illinois and as far west as Texas.
The 70 new model homes to be displayed come from 20 prominent manufacturers. They will be joined by more than 90 suppliers representing every facet of the manufactured housing industry, from manufactured home transport and installation, to building materials, financing and professional services. The number of exhibitors continues to grow and more participants will be added before the roster is finalized.
The Tunica Show allows exhibitors to showcase products and services at the location where qualified industry buyers come for ideas and inspiration. March is an optimal time to understand customers’ wants and needs as they prepare for the region’s spring selling season.
In addition to exhibitors, there will be a variety of business-building seminars conducted by knowledgeable experts on the topics of sales and business operations, home design trends, consumer financing and more. A full schedule on seminar programming will be made available in late fall.
