3xLOGIC Acquires infinias Access Control Lines
Westminster, Colorado (PRWEB) March 05, 2015 -- 3xLOGIC, Inc., a leading provider of integrated intelligent security solutions, today announced that it has acquired the access control product lines of infinias Inc. The acquisition closed on February 27th, and all related personnel and other moves were completed by March 2nd.

The combined company will have over 120 employees, and will continue to conduct business in its multi-national locations: Westminster, Colorado (corporate headquarters), Indiana, Florida, Canada, and China. In addition, 3xLOGIC is currently expanding into the European market with offices soon to be established in key strategic locations to support growth.
Kushner continued, “infinias’ cloud-based, integrated solution is a highly innovative, scalable product. The company’s access control technology was the missing piece in our overall product offering, which previously consisted of video, business intelligence and managed services.
