4i Enhances Leadership Team With Four New Appointments
Deerfield, IL (PRWEB) October 24, 2013 -- 4i, a growth and foresight analytics company that specializes in helping companies identify growth opportunities and develop optimum growth strategies announced today the addition of four new leaders to its executive staff. The new staff members' extensive experience in growth consulting and forecasting reinforces 4i's position as a leader in helping clients in multiple industries (including cpg, retail, health, insurance and technology) to better predict and manage their financial resources and improve performance.
"Our company goes beyond traditional forecasting, bringing in insights from big data, social media intelligence and innovative tools for predicting growth opportunities," said 4i Managing Partner, Lana Klein. "Predictive problem solving is an essential part of success and growth, and these four new individuals bring significant value to our company and to our clients who wish to be able to maintain their competitive edge."
Colin Hare will assume the position of Senior Vice President, Leader of Growth Solutions Practice. In leading the Growth Solutions practice, Hare will take on responsibility for transforming ideas and analytics into scalable, client-ready solutions. Hare’s rich background includes development of Consulting Services at Nielsen, as well as over 15 years in management and analytical consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, and market research. He most recently served as Senior Vice President/Managing Director of Consulting with Market Fusion Analytics, where he managed teams delivering solutions to MFA's two largest clients, generating 20% in area revenue growth and reducing overhead costs by 15%. Hare will further develop 4i's Solutions practice, while working closely with Growth Strategy and Insight Transformation. He will be working from Dallas, Texas.
Nick Weber will also join 4i as Director, Growth Solutions Practice. Weber's focus will be moving global clients from one-off and ad hoc studies, to ongoing, technology-enabled engagements that provide predictive growth insights in real time. As Director of 4i's Growth Solutions practice, he will be responsible for designing and implementing analytics-driven growth solutions for clients. Weber joins 4i from The Nielsen Company, where he was most recently Director and Project Lead in the company's Marketing ROI practice, where he supported the execution of Nielsen's largest analytics engagements. While at Nielsen, Weber managed at $7 million a year engagement with a client's largest strategic business unit, and sold $1 to $2 million in incremental revenue projects annually.
4i also welcomes Aaron Schultze as Senior Manager, Growth Strategy and Analytics. Working from the Chicago office, Schultze brings progressive experience in business development, strategy formulation, and financial modeling. Prior to joining 4i, Schultze was Manager of Strategic Projects and Business Development at Ryerson, where he led an implementation of a new CRM for 1,200 users. The implementation directly resulted in better identification of opportunities to drive improvements in business results. He also led a team to design a new sales incentive plan that increased sales, and conducted market research or entry into new international markets.
4i has also appointed Dave Gorey as Marketing Manager. Gorey will help to develop and execute 4i's marketing strategy, and reinforce the company's leadership position in the foresight analytics area. His deep experience in marketing will help drive not only the company's position, but also awareness of the benefits of foresight analytics. He has worked in both B2C and B2B marketing environments, and has a strong background in leveraging social presence, tradeshow awareness, and email campaigns to build awareness and generate leads. His role at 4i will help strengthen the company's ability to communicate its value to larger and new audiences.
"Predictive analytics deliver exciting possibilities for clients. This highly specialized focus requires a unique combination of skills and experience, and we have been fortunate in adding these four gentlemen to our team," said 4i Managing Partner, Dr. Eugene Roytburg. In a recent interview in Business Finance, Dr. Roytburg explained the particular value of predictive analytics, and its use in answering a company's most difficult questions. "Our task is to use predictive analytics to find the best ways for our clients to achieve growth, and each of our four new team members are well positioned to bring this little known but powerful strategy to the corporate world."
