4th Annual People of Manufacturing Awards Held October 25, 2017 in Conjunction with the Georgia Manufacturing Summit
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) May 31, 2017 -- In an effort to bring exposure and recognition to Georgia manufacturers and their employees, the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance will be hosting the 4th Annual People of Manufacturing Awards on October 25, 2017. Held in conjunction with the Georgia Manufacturing Summit at the Cobb Galleria, these awards will honor the people that exhibit excellence on a daily basis and have gone above and beyond to better their organization’s manufacturing operations.
Charlie Post, the CEO of TSI Solutions, has again been designated as the Awards Chairman and will be responsible for appointing a panel of judges to select the winners. “The Georgia Manufacturing Alliance was established to promote, connect and educate manufacturers across the state,” said Mr. Post. “In support of that mission, the People of Manufacturing Awards was established to recognize the hard work, talents, and achievements of those individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to their company, their co-workers, and the Georgia manufacturing community.”
The 2017 Award Categories include Front Line Leadership, Plant Manager, Team Safety, and Team Operational Excellence. All nominees will be recognized for their contribution to the organization and three finalists from each category will be invited to attend the Georgia Manufacturing Summit, where the winning individuals and teams will be named.
