70 Percent of Heritage Parade of Homes Entries Sold Within Week of Event End
Wake Forest & Rolesville, NC (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- Heritage, the master-planned golf community in Wake Forest and Rolesville, hosted 6,000 visitors and 17 entries, 16 of which were available for tours, during the 48th Annual Wake County Parade of Homes presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County (HBA). The community has also seen strong Parade sales with 70% of the homes sold within a week of the event’s end.
“Our community’s new home opportunities are continuing to grow and attract attention throughout the region,” says Andy Ammons, president of Ammons Development Group, Heritage developer. “This year our Parade homes sold quickly and garnered attention from visitors during the three weekend event, which aligns with the improved new home sales environment we’re continuing to experience.”
As part of the event, 16 of the homes were judged by the HBA with 10 winning awards. Three Heritage homes built by L&L of Raleigh swept an entire category, taking gold, silver and bronze. A first in HBA Parade history. Eleven Heritage builders showcased a variety of floor plans – many of which are located in a collection of four new neighborhoods in the Rolesville section of the community.
