ARC (Association of Related Churches) Recaps the Fourth Episode of UNSCRIPTED
In the fourth episode of UNSCRIPTED, Dino Rizzo, the executive director of ARC (Association of Related Churches), hosts John Siebeling of The Life Church in Memphis, Tennessee.

The series features Dino Rizzo, the executive director of ARC, visiting with impactful pastors and leaders from around the world.
All of these leaders are giving their lives to the cause of Jesus Christ, and by serving in this capacity, they are making an impactful difference in their communities.
For the fourth episode, Rizzo hosted John Siebeling, who launched The Life Church in Memphis, Tennessee, along with his wife, Leslie. As members of the Lead Team at ARC, church planting is something the Siebelings know a thing or two about.
After serving as missionaries in Nairobi, Kenya, the Siebelings felt called to launch the church stateside. In his chat with Dino Rizzo for UNSCRIPTED, John says that he made an early mistake in planting his church -- having unrealistic expectations for its launch and growth.
In the time since, though, the church has found its stride, with pastors figuring out how to lead the organization and love people throughout every stage.
"Prayer, helping people, leadership, culture, missions, and outreach are all principles that remain the same over the course of a church," he explained. "We may repackage ideas, but these principles are timeless."
In this fourth episode of UNSCRIPTED, Siebeling and Rizzo also discuss how to get through times when you feel like you want to quit, how to take significant risks but still make sure you're strategically managing finances; what the attributes of steady growth are, how to build an organization by developing a deep bench of leaders, and much more.
All episodes of UNSCRIPTED are raw, real discussions about ARC church planting, struggles, relationships, and leadership. They are entirely unscripted and are honest conversations that Rizzo has with his guests.
