Alain Pinel Realtors Acquires San Francisco's Hill & Company
SARATOGA, Calif. (PRWEB) September 12, 2018 -- Alain Pinel Realtors (APR), the family-owned real estate brokerage with nearly 1,300 agents and 30 offices in Northern California, has acquired Hill & Company, a San Francisco real estate firm with deep roots in some of the city’s most desired neighborhoods and a reputation for extraordinary professionalism.
Hill & Company’s agents and three offices in Pacific Heights, Noe Valley and the Marina will transition to APR in the coming weeks. The company closed over $545 million in sales in 2017.

Costello, along with Hill & Company’s other two managers, Eileen Mougeot and Jill Gumina, will remain with APR through the acquisition and will jointly manage the firm’s San Francisco offices with APR San Francisco Vice President & Managing Broker Rick Turley.
