Empowerment Financial Group will integrate and work synergistically with the Alpha Cubed Investments team to build new client relationships throughout Arizona and will also continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary serving their existing high net worth retail clientele. The founder of Empowerment Financial Group, Mark Langerman, has had a long relationship with Alpha Cubed Investments and has maintained an exclusive marketing arrangement with ACI for many years. The transaction is scheduled to close at the beginning of Q1, 2021.
