Private Club For Recreational Musicians Taps Seasoned Executive To Lead National Expansion and Digital Evolution
CHICAGO, Dec. 15, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Altered Stage, the first and only private club for recreational musicians in the U.S., has named Chris Medici president and general manager. In this role, Medici will lead the club's continued transformation into a national club that combines online programming and community-connecting events along with its brick-and-mortar offering in Chicago's West Loop.
Altered Stage provides a perpetual music experience for recreational musicians of all musical skill levels, from absolute beginners to advanced players. Medici had never played a musical instrument of any kind until age 50 when he joined Altered Stage as one of its five charter members.

Medici joins Altered Stage after having run his own marketing consultancy for the past four years. Before starting his own firm, he held executive-level marketing positions for organizations including United Way of Rhode Island, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Rhode Island, and Bank of America (formerly FleetBoston Financial), and New England Gas Company. Medici received his B.A. in Philosophy and Western Civilization from Providence College, and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
