MEMPHIS, Tenn. (PRWEB) January 09, 2020 -- American Residential Services (ARS/Rescue Rooter), a privately-held Memphis based company, and one of the nation’s largest providers of air conditioning, heating and plumbing services, announced today that it has enhanced its national footprint with the acquisition of two businesses: 4 Eco Services, Inc. of Lenexa, KS and Blue Apple Electric, LLC. of Las Vegas, NV.
4 Eco Services provides residential and commercial heating, cooling, and plumbing services in the Kansas City metro and surrounding areas under the names 4 Eco Services, All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, and Roger the Plumber. The company employs approximately 30 employees and maintains a fleet of 19 service, installation, and sales vehicles. 4 Eco Services, Inc., was formed by the combination of two acquired legacy companies, Roger the Plumber and All Seasons Heating and Air, and was rebranded two years ago to become 4 Eco Services.
Blue Apple Electric provides residential and commercial electrical services in the Las Vegas metro and surrounding areas. The business operates from one facility located in Las Vegas, Nevada and employs approximately 24 employees, and maintains a fleet of 17 vehicles. Blue Apple Electric, LLC. was created through the purchase of a local electrical business, Electric Service Company, and rebranded eleven months ago to become Blue Apple Electric.
