DOYLESTOWN, Pa., Jan. 26, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Amir M. Stark, a seasoned and highly regarded Bucks County attorney, has announced his candidacy for Judge of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
A family law attorney with the Doylestown law firm of Penglase & Benson, Inc., Amir has spent years on the front lines of the courtroom protecting victims of domestic abuse and the interests of children, parents and families.
Early on in his career, Amir cut his teeth litigating complex class action and commercial litigation cases. However, it was his time volunteering with Legal Aid of Southeast Pennsylvania as a pro bono attorney in domestic abuse court that inspired him to commit his career entirely to family law where he could apply his courtroom skills to protect the most vulnerable members of our community.
Being actively engaged in his community, Amir has been recognized by the Bucks County Bar Association for outstanding generosity and dedication in his pro bono work representing victims of domestic violence and abuse. Amir also serves as Solicitor for A Woman's Place, Bucks County's domestic violence community benefit organization.
Raising two elementary-school-aged daughters in Northampton Township, together with Lisa, his wife of nearly 15 years, provides daily incentive to ensure that the values of our community are represented on the bench.
