Andy Hethcote Joins Securly as Vice President of Technical Support Services
Leading student safety company makes key executive hire to lead technical support and emergency response student safety operations.

Mr. Hethcote brings over 27 years of experience building and leading technology support operations across the globe. Prior to joining Securly, Mr. Hethcote built high-quality support operations in Singapore, India, North Carolina, and Amsterdam. Most recently, Mr. Hethcote served as Head of Customer Support for Toshiba Memory America, a leading storage solutions provider, and has held senior-level support leadership positions with high-profile tech powerhouses like Microsoft, NetApp, Rackspace, and Nutanix.
Launching in 2013 with the industry's first and only cloud-based web filter, Securly has quickly expanded since to offer a comprehensive set of online safety solutions. Mr. Hethcote will lead the technical and customer support teams in servicing school districts, channel partners, and individual parent consumers. In addition to leading support, Hethcote will lead Securly's specialized round-the-clock response team, 24.
