Anserve Receives its 9th ATSI Award of Excellence in 2023

The Sapphire Award (for 9 consecutive wins) was presented with the award at ATSI’s 2023 conference in Atlanta, GA. In addition, Anserve was recognized with a Top 10 ranking in the industry.
This award has been presented each year for the last 27 years by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), an answering service industry trade association. The award evaluates calls handled by answering services by providing quality assessments. To evaluate answering services, ATSI employs independent judges to evaluate response time, courteousness of the answering agent, accuracy of the call, knowledge of the account, and overall impression of calls over a six-month period.
