The app is aimed at providing employees the ability to "self-serve," or access their Human Resource and Payroll information at their convenience from the palm of their hand.
For years, human resource information systems have been largely transactional in nature. The MyGO mobile application flips that script by engaging employees through an intuitive and modern user experience and workflow that fundamentally changes the relationship between employee and employer.
