Apothca, Inc. is opening the first medical marijuana dispensary in the City of Lynn on Friday, November 16, 2018
LYNN, Mass., Nov. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Apothca, Inc., is set to open Lynn's first Registered Marijuana Dispensary ("RMD") at 491 Lynnway, Lynn, Massachusetts 01905 on Friday, November 16, 2018.
This is Apothca's second medical marijuana dispensary in Massachusetts with the first location, in Arlington, MA, located at 11 Water Street, Unit 3b (third floor), having opened on October 26, 2018.
Apothca is launching new special pricing programs and promotions for the benefit of Massachusetts medical marijuana patients. Apothca will offer the same promotions in both the Lynn and Arlington cannabis dispensaries. Starting November 16, 2018, Apothca's promotions will include:
- New Medical Patient Card: All patients receiving their new or renewed Massachusetts medical program cards will be eligible to receive $200 in discounts on their purchases at Apothca's Massachusetts locations.
- New Apothca Patient Card: All patients who visit an Apothca dispensary for the first time will be eligible to receive $100 in discounts on their purchases at Apothca's Massachusetts locations.
- Patient Referral Program: Any Apothca patient who brings a new patient for their first visit to an Apothca location in Massachusetts is eligible to receive a $50 discount on their purchase that visit.

Apothca, Inc has received a Special Permit from the Lynn City Council to operate an Adult-Use Retail Marijuana Dispensary and plans to locate a dual-use medical and adult-use cannabis dispensary at the same 491 Lynnway location. "We are waiting for the Cannabis Control Commission to issue a Retail Marijuana License. As soon as they do, we will be ready to serve all guests in the same store. We have built our Lynn location to comply with both the Department of Public Health and Cannabis Control Commission regulations. Our Fitchburg cultivation campus is currently working hard to prepare enough cannabis products to serve all patients and guests," added Lekach.
Apothca, Inc. currently operates the first climate-controlled greenhouse for marijuana cultivation in its 26 acre Fitchburg cannabis campus, a former Bayer Pharmaceuticals facility.
Apothca, Inc. plans to open its third location in Boston, Massachusetts' neighborhood of Jamaica Plain in early 2019.
