Latest release delivers expanded insurer and employee analysis

Applied Analytics 2019 provides greater insight into insurer relationships and employee performance to ensure agencies and brokerages are effectively managing insurer relationships and maximizing staff productivity to drive agency value.
Through seamless integration with Applied Epic, Applied Analytics offers easy-to-use, interactive graphical dashboards that examine an agency's or brokerage's book of business, employee performance, and insurer relationship insights, including key transaction, policy, line of business and marketing information. Key enhancements in the latest release include:
- Insurer Analysis: All new Insurer Summary dashboard that provides greater visibility into written premium and commission, broken down by insurer from the policy fields in Applied Epic to allow for better management of insurer relationships. Additionally, the enhanced Insurer Line dashboard provides greater detail on new business by insurer, as well as existing business that has moved to a new insurer.
- Employee Insights: Expanded Employee Productivity dashboard now provides a more comprehensive view of the volume of work and how key staff members are managing their workloads with greater visibility into overdue activities.
- User experience: Introduces enhanced user interface and user experience capabilities to foster improved usability and productivity.
