Arushi Bhattacharya and Shikha Sheth Join Kingsley Gate Partners as Vice Presidents

Before joining Kingsley Gate Partners, both Bhattacharya and Sheth were founding partners at Bluewater Consulting. Bhattacharya has led senior level searches for notable and marquee names in the business across India and the Middle East. Previously, she was an Associate Director with HVS where she led the firm's foray into the non-hospitality business in India. Bhattacharya holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University where she graduated with Honours.
Sheth has worked with some of the biggest multinationals and family-led businesses across consulting, private banking and executive search. Sheth acts as a trusted advisor both to her clients and candidates. With her ability to manage relationships with ease, she has developed an extensive network throughout the course of her career. Sheth has an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Institute of Finance and International Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
