Athena Systems opens a Support, Implementation and Development Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to augment its support for the Asia-Pacific Region.
HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam, August 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Athena Systems, provider of the Spark Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Compliance and Accounting platform for hedge funds and family offices, today announced that their new office in Vietnam is fully operational and supporting the needs of the Asia Pacific hedge fund and family office community.
Plans to develop operations in Vietnam were initiated by a growing number of hedge funds and family offices located in the Asia-Pacific Region; and because Athena recently released several product and features needed in Asia-Pacific including: General E-Locate and Short Sale requirements as well as specific SFC Short Sale Hong Kong (SSHK) support, comprehensive CFD/Swap support, Asian hosted cloud services/data repository and Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) compliance.
The new office, which includes support, implementation and development will be the company's fifth office, and will be headed by Tam Nguyen. Mr. Nguyen has many years of experience working with clients in Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam.
