MARINE CITY, Mich., March 14, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Mark Danneels, who holds a degree from Michigan State University, has completed his new book "Voyage of the Flying Fish": a delightful story of a pirate and his crew who find themselves in an unknown location and set off to discover all there is to see.
Beginning his fantastic tale, Danneels writes, "Aye, for it was a windy day, or so the false captain thought. It was appropriate for the circumstances, to say the least. The ship was riding through invisible corridors that weren't, like a water bug skittering across ruffled water. As usual, the captain popped out every day for a bit in the morn, similar to a turtle that had just stuck its neck out to greet the beginning day. It was funny the way he was snapping at everybody. It was giving the appearance of a giant sea turtle as of late.
"He happened to be known as Greybeard anyhow. He got his name from the protruding silvery-gray beard that made his face. His wavy top hair did not have very many silvery threads sewn in among them. Of course the gray beard was humongous. Inside this were massive cheekbones that looked like projecting wood and that appeared as if they were rubbed a bit also. Reigning within the weathered skin were dark and piercing eyes. They had the devil to them, they did. They pierced right through a man and made a person queasy, they would."
Published by Page Publishing, Mark Danneels' gripping narrative will take readers on a fantastic journey to soaring new heights. Expertly paced and full of inventive new characters, Greybeard's astounding adventure will surprise and delight readers and keep them wanting more.
