Tom McAllister, who writes under the pen name B. A. Brightlight, is a business consultant and entrepreneur specializing in organizational change management, process improvement and developing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies as well as small and midsize corporations. He previously served as the founder and CEO of CMAC, Inc., a technology consulting firm in Atlanta, and has led companies ranging from recruiting firms to a barbecue restaurant. A former naval supply officer, McAllister holds a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from Georgia Tech and a master’s degree in logistics management from Florida Tech.
