Avitus Group Honors Brand and Staff with Prestigious Simplify, Strengthen and Grow Corporate Awards; 3 Top-Performing Employees Awarded $1,000

All employees are eligible, and each award recipient receives a plaque commemorating their work as well as a $1,000 cash award presented at the company’s Annual Fall Conference in Billings, Montana.
Colleagues nominated Application Support Specialist Russ Morris for the Simplify award because of his knack for efficiency and ability to successfully organize and manage the largest, most complicated accounts. Coworkers also noted Morris’ positive attitude, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, accountability and honesty.
"Winning this award is very humbling. I feel extremely honored that my colleagues nominated me,” says Morris.
Corporate HR Manager Emily Heller won the Strengthen Award for constantly looking for ways to improve the employee experience at Avitus Group. According to her coworkers, she works hard to make HR pro-active rather than reactive.
"First off, this award is absolutely incredible and means so much to me. The moment I joined this company, I knew great things were on the horizon, and I am just so fortunate to be able to work here. The employees at this company are absolutely incredible and they motivate me every day to change to the perception of HR to one that is a proactive advocate for employer and employee," says Heller
Coworkers picked Operations Specialist Angel Carpenter for her tireless efforts to cut time from processes and improve efficiencies. They also noted her continuing work to promote Avitus Group, attract talent and help the company grow, as well as her ability to bring smiles to coworker faces.

Morris joined Avitus Group in 2015 as Junior Applications Support Specialist and has since earned a promotion to Applications Support Specialist. Heller joined the company in 2016 as HR Coordinator and is now Corporate HR Manager. Carpenter has been with Avitus Group since 2016, advancing from Junior Operations Specialist to Operations Specialist.
