Award-Winning Literacy Program Reading Eggs Introduces Brand New Features
Avoid the Summer Slide with new activities, books, and rewards on the popular reading platform

Ranging from the addition of the Mental Minute on their program Mathseeds, to 500 brand new books and monthly themes for their avatars, Reading Eggs is dedicated to building confidence and skills in both math and literacy, ensuring that children are ready to tackle the year ahead.
For children working on increasing confidence in math skills, the newly offered Mental Minute from Mathseeds is the perfect tool. These timed sprints allow children to learn a new set of math facts in one minute. Upon completion of each of the 145 challenges, children will earn collectible badges that motivate them to progress through three levels of difficulty.

Once a story is complete, parents can print out the pages and create a physical book. The books are also saved on the child's bookshelf in their virtual house. In addition, children can enter their stories into a weekly contest with the best stories being selected by other children and the winner receiving 200 Golden Eggs every Friday.
Reading Eggs isn't just for older children - Reading Eggs Junior is the perfect tool for toddlers aged 2-4 and now includes even more activities and books. Alphabet Animal is a fun and interactive early learning activity that builds letter recognition, including silly sounds and interactive graphics.
