Azzur Labs Appoints New Vice President to Support Unprecedented Growth
After five years with the Lehigh Valley analytical lab, Erin Mumper has been appointed Vice President, Azzur Labs, where she will continue to support the labs' unprecedented growth.
LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa., Oct. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Azzur Labs today announces the appointment of Erin Mumper to Vice President. A five-year veteran of Azzur Labs and one of its longest-tenured employees, Ms. Mumper will lead lab's 20 employees, as well as oversee the company's quality and strategic initiatives. Azzur Labs, located in Schnecksville, Pa. with a satellite laboratory outside of Raleigh, NC, is a contract laboratory that serves the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries.
Mumper, who holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Pacific Lutheran University in Washington State, joined Azzur Labs in 2013 shortly after its founding. Bringing with her a biology background, Ms. Mumper quickly moved through the lab's scientific ranks exponentially expanding her responsibilities as she took on multiple roles throughout the organization. She is a member of the Controlled Environment Testing Association (CETA), the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA), and the American Society for Quality (ASQ), as well as a mentor for Big Brothers, Big Sisters in Allentown.
