BDV Solutions Hires Romina Rozensztajn as Vice President of Growth
Accomplished sales and marketing leader joins labor shortage resolution provider
GREENVILLE, S.C., Dec. 15, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BDV Solutions, a tech-enabled, turnkey provider of labor shortage solutions to U.S. employers and employment-based immigration services to foreign nationals, today announced that Romina Rozensztajn has joined the firm as vice president of growth.
Focused on developing growth and revenue opportunities, Rozensztajn will lead marketing strategy and planning for BDV as well as for Argo Visa, a subsidiary of BDV composed of former consular officers who prepare international citizens for their U.S. visa interviews.
With more than 15 years of strategic marketing and sales experience, Rozensztajn brings to BDV an extensive background in improving profitability and performance, including for Fortune 500 companies Priceline and TripAdvisor. She specializes in rapidly growing top-line revenue and scale and building and managing teams to drive growth.

Rozensztajn joins BDV from ResortPass, where she served as global VP of sales and marketing as the company went from Series A to Series B, raising $26 million in Series B funding. In addition to posts at Priceline and TripAdvisor, she previously held senior sales and marketing positions at AllSeated, GuruBooking, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
Rozensztajn serves as a board advisor to Brazil-based Nativoo, providing strategic advice to a tech startup that matches users' preferences to automatically create travel itineraries. She holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Harvard University and a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
