BLAIR SIGN PROGRAMS' response to COVID-19
Plans and responses to Coronavirus environment
SAN DIEGO, March 18, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BLAIR SIGN PROGRAMS deeply cares about its client, vendor and employee well-being, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Because of this pandemic, many companies find themselves in unfamiliar territory. However, these challenges are not so unfamiliar that a company can't have a responsive plan and chart a way forward while the pandemic runs its course. Listed below are some of the strategies that BLAIR SIGN PROGRAMS plans to do for its continuous and successful operation during these historic times:
-Continue to use video and tele-conferencing for client and vendor meetings
-Have assured all BLAIR SIGN PROGRAMS employees of 100% benefits, if quarantined
-Have, and will continue to have, staffing levels at 120% of anticipated production requirements
-Initiated an in-house "kids ride free" program for all employees
-Continue with "real-time" project production schedules to assure clients there will be no delay in performance, store openings, etc.
-Use of the word "positive" in its best context when describing the state-of-mind and operations
Scott Blair, founder and President of BLAIR SIGN PROGRAMS says, "We will continue to monitor the news about the pandemic that may be relevant to our clients, our vendors and ourselves. Our clients and vendors will be updated, by way of e-mail, about any changes we may make to our operations and plans." BLAIR went on to state, "We are available to answer any questions about our plans and current operations."
Sincerely,
Scott Blair, President
