BNP Media Announces New Executive Leadership Roles
CXO and CVO added to BNP Media's executive leadership team
TROY, Mich., March 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BNP Media announced the promotion of two senior members of the management team to new executive leadership titles that reflect the organization's strategic move to bring a more unified approach to sales, marketing and media/event production. The announcement was made by BNP Media Co-CEO, Tagg Henderson. The appointments are effective immediately.
New business roles, reporting to Henderson:
Darrell Dal Pozzo is named Chief Experience Officer. In his new role as Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Dal Pozzo will be the Catalyst-Designer-Orchestrator and Champion enhancing all products and services company-wide, with a laser focus on online development and marketing. He is overseeing all products and services of the business, ensuring a consistent and quality experience for customers throughout. Dal Pozzo began his career at BNP Media in 2010 as a Group Publisher overseeing the brands Quality and Appliance Design. Moving into a Senior Group Publisher role, Dal Pozzo added nine more media brands to his wheelhouse and spearheaded the launch of The Quality Show (http://www.qualityshow.com). He worked to lead these brands to new heights, introducing innovative programs and simplifying sales processes. Prior to BNP Media, Darrell held various digital sales/management roles at Reed Business and Cahners Publishing where he implemented cutting-edge digital solutions during his tenure. Scott A. Wolters is named Chief Events Officer. Wolters has led the BNP Media Conferences and Events business since 2009. Under his tenure, the BNP Media events division has seen record-breaking revenue growth, positioning itself into a pivotal role in the future path of the company. Wolters' new role as Chief Events Officer (CVO) is a direct result of a proven track record growing profitable event divisions including new launches, acquisitions, staffing, policies and procedures, financials, industry standards and productive teams. For more than 30 years Wolters has been involved in managing, coordinating, producing, buying, launching and developing tradeshows and conferences. Wolters has built and grown three event and conference division teams for three different B-to-B media companies. In his role as Chief Events Officer, Wolters will continue to grow and expand the BNP Media events division's impact on the business.
