B&B Protector Plans, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc., and part of Brown & Brown's National Programs segment will enhance insurance distribution and in-house agency capabilities with the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Harold Diers & Company and Diers Insurance Corporation (collectively, "Diers").

("Protector Plans") a wholly owned subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc., and part of Brown & Brown's National Programs segment, will enhance insurance distribution and in-house agency capabilities with the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Harold Diers & Company and Diers Insurance Corporation (collectively, "Diers").
With roots dating back to 1941, Diers specializes in insurance for a variety of professionals, including dentists, lawyers, CPAs, podiatrists and optometrists. For over fifty years, the Diers Agency has been the exclusive representative for Protector Plans' Professional Protector Plan® for Dentists' ("PPP") program in Nebraska and North Dakota.
