Bastyr University Clinic to host First Family Wellness Fair September 2018
SAN DIEGO (PRWEB) August 16, 2018 -- Bastyr University Clinic will hold its first Family Wellness Fair on Saturday, September 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 4110 Sorrento Valley Blvd., San Diego, CA 92130. This free event is open to the public and aims to bring the community together in celebration of health and wellness.
Bastyr University California faculty, students, as well as wellness focused vendors, will offer various fun activities throughout the day including free yoga on the lawn, henna painting, healthy cooking and botanical medicine demonstrations, both with free samples. There will also be live music performance sets from Courtney and Monicka, a talk on women’s hormones, and free acupuncture and physical medicine treatments.
“The purpose of this fair is to introduce everyone in our community to naturopathic medicine and wellness products,” says Ryan McNally, ND, PAc. “At Bastyr University Clinic we aim to assist our patients and neighbors in living their healthiest lives possible and this fair is an introduction to the science-based natural medicine services we have to offer.”
