BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Oct. 1, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Water Tower Plaza, LLC announced the purchase of the Water Tower Building in Beachwood, OH. The three-story office building is located at 25200 Chagrin Boulevard and has nearly 30,000 square feet of office space with tenants in the medical, legal, wealth management and real estate sectors. The building also serves as the home of Cleveland Primecare's esthetic business.
Physicians Miodrag Zivic, MD, President and CEO of Cleveland Primecare and Eric Wolk, DC, owner and founder of Great Lakes Physical Medicine, led the purchase. Chris Grimaldi, founder and owner of Grimaldi Property Management, served as a third partner in the transaction.
