Patel also notes that customers will have access to value-added services like money orders, UPS shipping, faxing, copying, laminating, and bill-pay (free by check).
“West Virginians cling to their state motto, ‘Mountaineers Are Always Free.’ But while not every service is free in every case, the spirit to express freedom-of-choice is something that’s highly regarded in New Haven,” Patel reasoned. “It’s for that reason we believe that past and current customers who drive past the big-box retailers will find a lot to like upon their arrival.”
