Employers must employ at least 15 workers in Florida and operate for at least one year to enter. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, systems, demographics, philosophy, and a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking.
