Froriep Legal will provide corporate organizational and securities representation to BitcoinOil GmbH (in the process of incorporation). Froriep will contribute continued guidance to BTCO in regards to compliance with Swiss securities law for the creation and issuance of the company's (BitcoinOil) cryptocurrency (BTCO).
