BlueSuit Completes Acquisition and Integration of DealStat
BlueSuit announced today the completion of its acquisition of DealStat and integration of the companies' product offerings.
DENVER, July 21, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BlueSuit Technologies, Inc. ("BlueSuit") completed its acquisition and integration of DealStat REI, Inc. ("DealStat"), a New York-based commercial real estate technology company focused on transaction data workflow.
Founded in 2017, DealStat's platform extracts structured information from property offering memos, deeds, and other unstructured real estate documents, supported by AccuracyIQ™, which ensures data quality with reliable confidence scoring. DealStat's products empowered workflows and data intelligence across the commercial property investment and title industries.
Today, BlueSuit announced that DealStat's platform has been fully integrated into BlueSuit's ExtractAPI, which delivers data back from customers' real estate transaction documents via a seamless and accessible API. ExtractAPI's capabilities also include rent rolls, purchase and sale agreements and closing disclosures. BlueSuit serves customers across the appraisal, real estate technology, and title sectors.
As part of the DealStat acquisition, Steve Regan has joined BlueSuit as Chief Strategy Officer and Eddy Atkins joined the company as a Machine Learning and Data Engineer.
