BoomWriter Media Announces Plans to Acquire UK Based Company Squirrel Learning
BOSTON, Dec. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BoomWriter Media, Inc., a leading global provider of online collaborative writing solutions for education, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire United Kingdom based educational professional development and services company Squirrel Learning.
The acquisition would provide BoomWriter with a district sales capability and extend the company's product offerings in key growth areas such as supportive and impactful intervention curriculum. BoomWriter believes that combining Squirrel Learning's professional development services with their classroom solutions expertise will create new opportunities and accelerate the company's already triple digit growth.
