Brenntag North America opens a new distribution facility in Ohio
Brenntag North America, Inc., part of the Brenntag Group (ISIN DE000A1DAHH0), the global market leader in chemical and ingredients distribution, announces the opening of a new full line distribution center in Toledo, Ohio.
READING, Pa., July 28, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Located in the Great Lakes region, this facility comprises approximately 230,000 square-feet and will be used for storage and distribution of chemical, specialty, and ingredient products. These products include commodity products, solvents, surfactants, specialties, and food ingredients. In addition to having a seven-acre tank farm on an adjacent property, the location will have both interior and exterior rail service to serve all Brenntag industries.

The redevelopment has been established in collaboration with the Ohio rail development commission, as well as other agencies, and is projected to bring in over 40 new driver, warehouse, and production job opportunities to Lucas County by 2022.
