About Rum Co. of Fiji:
Rum Co. of Fiji is built on an ethos of authenticity, craftsmanship and passion and draws its inspiration – and their identities - from their Fijian heritage and culture. Their Bati and Ratu Rums (Bati being the Fijian word for Warrior and Ratu, Fijian for Chief) are hand-crafted in Lautoka, Fiji by award-winning Master Distiller & Blender, Liam F. Costello together with Rum Co. of Fiji's passionate and dedicated distillery team. The rums are made from hand-cut sugar cane grown in Fiji's rich volcanic soils and distilled using a combination of column and pot distillation methods. They are then filtered through coconut shell carbon to capture the pure taste of Fiji and matured in specially selected ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
Rum Co. of Fiji is owned by Fiji's leading beverages manufacturer Paradise Beverages, which is part of the Amatil Group. For more information on RUM Co. of Fiji and the Ratu and Bati ranges, go to (http://www.rumcooffiji.com) or follow Rum Co. of Fiji on Facebook, or @bati.rum & @ratu.rum on Instagram.
