Brokerage Industry Leader Russ Cofano Joins Real as President and Co-founder
(PRWEB) July 30, 2018 -- Real estate industry executive and leader Russ Cofano joined technology-powered brokerage Real as president and co-founder, starting today.
Cofano says he plans to use his more than 25 years of executive experience in real estate brokerage, technology, association, MLS and law to strengthen Real’s position as a disruptive brokerage with a focus on agent success.

As a real estate lifer, Cofano has led change across industry segments. He was president of eXp World Holdings as eXp Realty grew from 1,400 agents to more than 4,000 while tripling sales volume. He was senior vice president in charge of industry and MLS relationships at Move, Inc., operator of realtor.com, through its acquisition by News Corp. And he led an organizational resurgence as CEO of Missouri Realtors, the largest trade association in Missouri. His prior experiences also included being the CEO of a real estate tech firm and vice president of one of the largest brokerage firms in the nation.
