Having over 30 years of leadership experience in key areas, such as cyber operations and warfare, data analytics, and geospatial intelligence solutions, Weber's national security-focused expertise will help enhance the company's delivery of mission-critical solutions to customers. Weber most recently served as President, CEO and board member of KeyW Corporation, where he successfully led the company through a 3+ year transformation focusing on consistent growth and operational discipline − culminating in the sale of KeyW to Jacobs Engineering in the Spring of 2019. Earlier, Weber served as president and chief operating officer with XLA, a technology firm which supports the federal government in areas of national security and diplomacy.
Weber is a graduate of Washington University, where he earned a Bachelor's of Science. He also is a graduate of The Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Weber served as a Captain and Airborne Ranger in the U.S. Army and was awarded the Bronze Star for actions during Operation Desert Storm.
