Byron has spent over 22 years improving the customer experience in various roles. Most recently, as Service Delivery Director for Diebold Nixdorf, he acted as a liaison between OEM's, service providers, and institutions to find cost effective solutions to software, service, and operational problems so that institutions could maximize uptime.
