Recent releases include the addition of text message reporting to the Staff Activity Report, Late Response data in the texting platform, and an advanced search tool.
With Car Wars texting, your customers can text any Car Wars line to instantly connect with your dealership. Text threads are seamlessly shared to your CRM once the text is answered or assigned to an agent. The recent additional insight offered with the Late Response reporting is designed to indicate how effective an individual or team is at connecting with customers in a timely manner.

Late Response measures an agent’s response speed against a customizable threshold limit set by your dealership. The threshold can be customized by the store to fit its processes and standards for customer communication. Failure of an agent to respond with an outbound text or call within the threshold will result in the message being marked as a ‘Late Response.’ The Late Response data will be called out and hyperlinked in multiple reports for a streamlined experience. In addition to the Late Response data, Car Wars also introduced a more thorough Search function in the Texting platform to assist in drilling down the most relevant text threads. Users can filter by date range, thread owner, unaddressed threads, and threads with Late Responses.
