Casenet announces the launch of TruCare 7.0
BEDFORD, Mass. TruCare 7.0 enhancements focus on issues important to payers and providers including extensibility of technology, operational oversight, and compliance.
TruCare 7.0 includes integration with evidence-based Chronic Care Guidelines from MCG Health which address chronic conditions to help payers and providers evaluate needs, identify goals, develop personalized care plans, and support effective self-care for people with chronic diseases or complex care issues. Casenet has also amped up the extensibility of the TruCare 7.0 platform by adding APIs that allow payer and provider organizations to integrate multiple systems and to transfer data bi-directionally. TruCare 7.0 includes more than 370 APIs. New APIs of note focus on care plans and utilization management.
In addition, TruCare 7.0 reporting enhancements provide access to all utilization management, care management, disease management, wellness and other clinical program information via robust standard and ad hoc reporting and dashboard capabilities.
