WASHINGTON, July 18, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Cognosante, a leader in technology solutions for health and social services programs for Federal and state public health agencies, announced that Chad Thyes has joined as General Manager and Sr. Vice President of its Civilian Health and J.Lodge business groups.

Chad joins Cognosante with experience from General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he served as Program Vice President, responsible for leading business process outsourcing and multi-channel customer engagement for US health provider networks, Federal health agencies and the University of Maryland system.
