SCHAUMBURG, Ill., Oct. 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Chapman Associates has announced the sale of Cameo Solutions, Cincinnati, OH, a leading cloud Contact Center solution provider, to New Era Technology, a global provider of collaboration solutions and managed services headquartered in New York City.
Cameo has a national reputation as a Cisco contact center expert, being one of few Cisco strategic HCS partners, and delivering enterprise grade UCaaS & CCaaS certified solutions, as well as managed services.
Cameo's secure dual data centers host their cloud applications. The platform also incorporates a variety of complementary customer care applications from strategic ecosystem partners. The result is a highly integrated vertical stack of services that allows Cameo to deliver the entire suite of "Customer Experience as a Service" in a monthly subscription model.
