Christopher Hughes, Former Chairman / CEO of TSR Consulting, announced today that he has successfully settled litigation with TSR Consulting Services (NASDAQ: TSRI) through mediation.
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Oct. 25, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Christopher Hughes, Former Chairman / CEO of TSR Consulting, announced today that he has successfully settled litigation with TSR Consulting Services (NASDAQ: TSRI) through mediation.
The Company has agreed to pay Mr. Hughes $705,000 in order to resolve Mr. Hughes' complaint for alleged breach of his employment agreement in relation to his separation from TSR and alleged breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing. (New York County Supreme Court, Index #: 651753/2020)

During his 34 years of dedicated service to TSR, Mr. Hughes rose from a salesperson for the IT contract computer programming and consulting services company to its Chairman, CEO and Director.
