GAITHERSBURG, Md., Nov. 19, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Client Software Services (CSS) has announced an October launch date of its new HiXConnect Project which has been designed to build a next generation data integration and exchange platform that will connect Insurance payers, Provider Clinics, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals and Government entities data while keeping organizations' security, quality, cost and time in mind.

CSS Chief Executive Officer stated Data Analytics has been playing a major role in today's healthcare industry.

As CSS partners with different sources to bring the data in order to support patient care, not all systems and HIEs follow the same standards for structuring the data. This makes it challenging to consolidate and present a complete history for a patient. We consider this as an opportunity to solve this challenge for our clients through HiXConnect enabling data quality and consistency.

Another major barrier to interoperability is the approach to standards development in which individual standards pieces are built to solve a particular part of a challenge but require implementers to put together multiple standards to fully solve the whole challenge. Hence, HiXConnect supports various Formats: HL7, CCD, FHIR, CSV and Text files and Exchange protocols: SOAP, API, JASON and Secure FTP to solve any inconsistency in implementing interoperability.

With this vision and objective aligned with ONC's roadmap and mission, CSS introduced HiXConnect platform with following capabilities.

As part of this, CSS have partnered with Salesforce and the comprehensive HiXConnect will be offered both in the ISV App Exchange model as well as OEM Software as a Service (SaaS) Model to provide more visibility and integrate in a user-friendly environment to our public and private health care stakeholders.

CSS's plan is to make the App Exchange available to all its Salesforce service/health cloud customers soon at no cost for the first months of use before committing to a recurring monthly fee. Pricing will vary depending on the number of integrations being processed within each organization.

SaaS/OEM model will also be introduced for non-Salesforce customers under the Phase 2 and 3 consecutive launch which is also in works.
