CAPE CORAL, Fla., Dec. 24, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Clive Daniel Home Design team of Ashton Reams and Frank Randazzo have provided furniture installation for a 4,093 square foot 4Bed/4Bath model home on Yardarm Court in beautiful Cape Harbour. Built by Frey & Son Homes, this home, reminiscent of those built by Addison Miznerin in Palm Beach, features both expansive views of Cape Harbour Marina as well as an array of custom contemporary design finishes, including a three-car garage with two entry points, a dock that leads into the marina and a loft. The second floor boasts two bedrooms and a second- floor family room, all of which are easily accessible by elevator. The custom pool features a spa, covered lanai, and an outdoor kitchen, complete with high-end grill, sink, kitchen appliances, and a phenomenal waterfront view, creating the perfect outdoor oasis whether entertaining or relaxing at home.
"Our design intent was based on the already stunning, timeless background selections of this home," said the Clive Daniel Home designers. "We are calling this style 'sophisticated coastal', which incorporates elevated furnishings with a contemporary edge paired with a coastal color palette to accent the location of the home. In order to achieve this look, it was important to play with a mixture of neutrals, including warm taupes, light greys, whites, and then accent with bold denim blues. When blending neutrals, it is important to play with textures adding depth to the design. We used woven wool rugs, hand-twisted lampakanai rope counter stools, linen fabrics, knotted pillows, and washed driftwood wood finishes throughout. When space planning, we wanted to accent the open floorplan by using a cohesive palette throughout, making it easy to pull pieces from one area to another creating a more flexible entertaining space. Our favorite space in this home is the great room, as it easily marries sophistication and family comfort for a truly livable, memorable space."
