Collibra Appoints Michelle Rosen as General Counsel

Rosen brings to Collibra a wealth of experience in providing legal counsel and strategy to fast-growth organizations as the company continues to build its leadership in helping global organizations realize true business value from their data.

In her role at Collibra, Rosen will oversee and manage all legal matters for the organization, while also acting as Secretary to the Board. Prior to Collibra, Rosen served as General Counsel to the U.S. business of Delta Galil Industries Ltd., a global manufacturer and marketer of private label apparel with $1.3B in annual revenue. Rosen had a long tenure at IMAX Corporation, serving most recently as General Counsel and Secretary of IMAX China Holding Inc., where she co-led the successful $400M initial public offering of IMAX China, with a market cap of $1B+ on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Before that she was an associate in the Capital Markets and M&A Groups at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Rosen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
