Colorado Rural Health Center Joins Nationwide Observance of National Rural Health Day on November 15, 2018
Colorado Rural Health Center travels to Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Salida, CO to celebrate National Rural Health Day
AURORA, Colo., Nov. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Colorado Rural Health Center (CRHC) is proud to recognize the innovation, quality of care, and dedication of health professionals and volunteers in our community during National Rural Health Day 2018. National Rural Health Day falls on the third Thursday in November each year and recognizes the efforts of those serving the health needs of over 60 million people across the nation.
This year, CRHC is celebrating with Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) in Salida, CO. Heart of the Rockies has been a long time partner of the Colorado Rural Health Center and a pillar of the communities it serves. CRHC staff are on site in Salida to celebrate with a luncheon and a tour of the hospital as part of a day of celebration of the indomitable spirit of rural Colorado and a particular focus on the men and women who work tirelessly to provide quality healthcare in rural areas. CRHC staff will also tour the medical clinic in Buena Vista, CO.
