Compass Auctions Moving Property via Real Estate Auctions
Compass Auctions & Real Estate (CARE) is providing auction and marketing services for the United States Marshals Service.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Aug. 29, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Compass Auctions & Real Estate (CARE) is providing auction and marketing services for the United States Marshals Service. Having completed auctions in the first and second quarter of 2019, CARE will conduct a fourth nationwide real estate property auction sale for the United States Marshals Service in November 2019.
The first public auction in this series was recently completed selling 35 properties nationwide across 15 states. The properties were brought to market and sold within 45 days.
The second of these online only auctions recently concluded and is set for closing in September 2019. The auction sale was comprised of 28 properties across 14 states and is also being marketed concurrently with over 100 properties being sold via traditional real estate methods. The estimated value of all property for sale is $10 million. Compass Auctions is managing both the auction and traditional sales as well as the related marketing efforts for the U.S. Marshals Service.
A third auction closed on August 12th for a single commercial property for the U.S. Marshals Service. The property is located in the Los Angeles, CA area (Covina, CA). It had a property tax assessment of $1,412,989 for 2018.
The United States Marshals Service auction sales are being presented by Justin Ochs, VP of National Development, Broker; and Paige Holt, President of Compass Auctions & Real Estate.
In addition to the recent and upcoming sales for the U.S. Marshalls Service, Compass Auctions & Real Estate will be conducting regional real estate auctions starting September 26, 2019. Included in the first sale will be 2 lake property lots on Norris Lake in TN with year-round water access, 2 Fredonia Mountain lots with great views of the Tennessee Valley, and commercial property in Chattanooga, TN.
